Please review our Refund Policy prior to applying for your Australian Visa:

As soon as payment is received, the Client is deemed to have engaged the Services of our site. Our Service is our professional expertise. Once the Service has been provided to you, it cannot be returned, whether or not you have changed your mind or you no longer wish to utilize it.

You will be entitled to a full refund if the ETA visa application not process within the requested time period by us (etasupport.com.sg).

Australia Visa Singapore (etasupport.com.sg) are not part of any government. We are a private company and we do not have the authority to grant you a visa of any kind. We can only assist you to get ETA to Australia. Please note that the final decision on all visa applications rests with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP).
